Toronto Retrofit-Before
A existing client called with no heat. Their current furnace was a standard efficient natural gas furnace from the early 1970's, with a 1" filter. The client also had an older drum style by-pass humidifier, that had stopped working years ago and previously did not want to replace.
Toronto Retrofit-During
Healthy Home Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. removed the existing furnace and humidifier and prepped the current duct-work for the new custom made duct installation. We also cleaned the flooring under and around the old furnace.
Toronto Retrofit-After
Healthy Home Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. installed a new Payne 96% efficient natural gas furnace with a 5" MAC1400 filter. We added the new, custom made duct-work to allow the new furnace to mesh with the existing duct-work. We added new 636 2" venting and installed a 1042 General Aire flow through humidifier.
